Track Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

How to Track Your Order

  1. Check your email – Look for a shipping confirmation email from Velora. It will contain your tracking number and carrier information.
  2. Visit the carrier's website – Use the tracking number provided to check the status of your delivery directly on the carrier's tracking page.
  3. Allow time for updates – Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to appear after your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–20 business days
